Your data is used for: • Account creation and authentication (OTP via mobile) • Matching workers with jobs based on trade and location • Processing payments and wage disbursements • Sending job notifications via SMS/WhatsApp • KYC verification (Aadhaar data is used only for identity verification) • Fraud prevention and platform safety • Improving platform features (anonymized analytics only) हम आपका डेटा कभी नहीं बेचते। We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Aadhaar data is handled in compliance with UIDAI guidelines and the Aadhaar Act, 2016. • Aadhaar number is stored encrypted and never displayed in full • Aadhaar documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage • Access is restricted to admin staff for KYC verification only • Aadhaar data is not shared with contractors or other users • You may request deletion of Aadhaar data at any time आधार डेटा केवल KYC verification के लिए उपयोग होता है।
We collect your GPS location: • When you use the Workers Radar feature (contractors) • When you mark attendance via QR check-in (workers) • When you set your work area in your profile Location data is used only for job matching and attendance. We do not track your location continuously. You can disable location access in your phone settings, but some features will not work.
We share your data with: • Other platform users (limited): Workers see contractor job postings. Contractors see worker name, trade, rating, and area — NOT phone number until both parties agree to connect. • Payment processors: Razorpay (for payment processing only) • SMS/WhatsApp providers: MSG91 (for notifications only) • Cloud infrastructure: Supabase/AWS (encrypted storage) We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or government agencies unless legally required.

We retain your data: • Active account: as long as your account is active • Deleted account: personal data deleted within 30 days; transaction records retained 7 years (legal requirement) • Aadhaar documents: deleted within 30 days of account closure • Location data: not stored beyond 30 days in raw form Job and wage history is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
We protect your data with: • Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) • Row-level security on all database tables • Multi-factor authentication for admin access • Regular security audits • No plain-text storage of sensitive data In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.
